Yes.  Send an explanation of why the course is unsatisfactory within 2 weeks of its purchase.

What is your pricing currency?

Although I live and work in Canada, I’ve priced the course in US dollars.  Because the apps and tools I recommend are priced in US$, the use of one currency makes comparisons much easier.


Do I need a website?

Not necessarily.  Although a website gives you a lot of flexibility and room to expand, a personal profile might well suffice for your particular situation.  For example, your profile on a social media site like Linkedin might work well in some situations.  If you go that route, look for a profile that has its own link (URL) to bookmark for adding to your email signature file or to a business card.
